What do you offer?

We offer delivery of every single item ACNH has to offer! This can include bells, Nook Mile tickets, furniture, DIY recipes, crafting materials, and flowers, just to name a few. If it can fit into our pockets, it can be delivered!

We also offer island experiences, including treasure island, catalog island, bells/NMT island, and DIY island!

How do I place an order?

Shop around on our site, add anything you'd like into your cart, and check-out when you're ready!

If you have customization notes or special requests, please put them in the notes section of the cart page. Notes or special requests generally include wishlists, villager preferences, giveaway arrangements, or scheduled deliveries, but we will strive to accommodate any request you may have!

How do I pay?

We currently accept all sorts of payment, including Visa & MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How do I receive my purchase?

Please contact us directly to arrange delivery! You can contact us before or after you've placed the order. 

Delivey of items:

  • Open your gates and give us the DODO code to your island.
  • We will come drop off your purchase.
  • Enjoy!

Fulfillment of island visits:

  • We will provide a DODO code to our island.
  • You fly to our island.
  • Enjoy!

We are generally available for immediate delivery from 9AM to 2 AM EST. 

How long does it take?

It depends on your delivery arrangements. If you're looking for immediate delivery, we generally take 5 to 15 minutes to prepare your items. If you schedule a delivery at a later time, we should be available to deliver right at the arranged time.

How do I get a DODO code?

A DODO code can be obtained from Orville at the airport. Let Orville know you want visitors and ensure your select "online play" and "the more the merrier" when asked who you want to invite.

You must have a Nintendo online subscription.

How do island visits work?

Island visits mean you will travel to our island! Each island experience we offer is different, so please read the rules carefully.

  • For timed visits, the timer starts when you land. Connection issues do not count as part of your purchased time.
  • Some island experiences allow you to invite friends.
  • Island experiences can be purchased for giveaways.

We highly encourage you to contact us prior to placing an island order to ensure we have are available for your desired time slot!

Are you guys open 24/7?

We welcome orders at all times of the day!

Our timezone is EST and we are generally active from 9AM to 2AM. If you place an order while we are asleep, we will get back to you first thing in the morning to arrange for delivery. 

To check our availability, you can message us via Live Chat (directly on this site). If we are not available, our chatbot assistant will let you know!

 How do I price match?

To ensure we always offer the lowest price for you, we now offer price matching! It's very simple!

  1. Show us the store with the offer you're interested in.
  2. We will review and advise if we offer the same thing.*
  3. Once verified,  we accept the payment via PayPal.
  4.  We will fulfill the order, PLUS offer an extra 100 NMT!

*Deal does not apply to hacked services such as max bells and altered turnip prices. Cannot be combined with other offers. Price match is subject to review and approval at the discretion of The AC Life team.

Can I purchase an island experience for someone else or for a giveaway?

Absolutely! Just let us know ahead of time to make to proper arrangements.
